Gas was on E when I picked up the truck, I returned it with more than was in there and was still charged 50 bucks because they said I returned it with less gas. How can I return it lower than empty lol

Make sure you dont have to wait for a business to turn on the computure first thing in the morning and wait around for 20 minutes. Have the truck loaded with your items ordered. Wasted 45 minutes just waiting to receive our truck and dolly. I even did all my paper work online, still didnt help. I was told when I reserved this truck I got 1 month of free storage rental. I assumed it was for the 3 units I purchased and the 3 times I rented a uhaul to store all my stuff. Thank you,
Diane SThe location was at a repair shop with no committed rental area…the guy who helped me insisted that I let him check me out instead of me doing it on the app. Although the truck was clean, adequately fueled and inside the mileage parameters, I was charged an extra $40…not sure why.
RICHARD RWe had two flat tire on the freeway one hour after leaving the pick up location. One was a blowout and the second was a nail in the tire. Had to wait over 2 hrs on the fwy shoulder for U-Haul to come change the tires
