Excellent customer service, was offered assistance which I welcomed instantly. I originally chose to do mobile self-check in but immediately regretted it and would've preferred to have someone help me, and the woman was ready to take help. She was very sweet. The transaction was easy and I would highly recommend this to a friend. Plus, this location had a lot of household goods in their store that I enjoyed browsing!

Had issues with the app - taking pictures of the truck was a hassle. Luckily i was able to bypass, but still a pain.
