When I got there to pick up the rental they had no one who knew how to do it. Finally ended up doing everything over the phone.

Quit sending me all over to get the rental. Sometimes I end up going to 3 or 4 places to get some of the stuff and then to another place to get the rest. Buggers up my schedule.
