It was difficult to find the actual building location as it was within the hobby shop and signs were not visible. Noticeably, the only parked truck outside said that then U-Haul business was somewhere within the large building. Outside of that, the customer service was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of his job.
Minnie WLocation of the rental counter is not marked. From the main entrance you have to go through a door leading to the bathrooms the down a hall. Walked around for 5 min trying to find it. Once found person was very nice.
Michael DMake sure the enter knows that their cell poking will be required to complete the online transaction.

ross sGave wrong information, said one-way was a 2 day charge and I would get refunded for 1 day. Return sucked because the site at 790 ushwy 1 was closed and store nearby was full of crack heads.

Richard SI went to a store on Airline Blvd. in Portsmouth, VA where the app said they had a truck and they told me they didn’t even though there was one in the parking lot. I then went to another one in Churchland where I reserved the truck before I showed up. I showed up at 5:40pm, the app said that store closed at 6pm, and they were already closed. I then went to one on Bainbridge Blvd. (I think?) where I finally got a truck, went to put gas in it and there was a massive gasoline leak. THEN I rented a van to try it out and what I wanted to transport did not fit in the van because for some reason the van sits at 7’2” but there is only about 4’ worth of height in the back of the van. So I spent three hours of my day and $50 for nothing. I’m short, this shit sucks.
Richard SNot a great neighborhood, but the dealer was easy to work with and the truck was clean and in good condition. I was satisfied with my experience.

Shirley SQuick, convenient , competent, and even tho there is another unrelated business of their's running simultaneously,(RC Cars) they were right there and ready and the return was easy. We rent a lot=spend a lot with Uhaul-and now this location gets our business!
Richard SToo many different people waiting on me who did not know what they were doing. The system was very slow. It took too long to check in and out. I would not go back to this location.
BRIDGET DThe mechanics need a checklist and a QA inspection after every maintenance performed. My truck broke a u joint, the roadside mechanic found all the bolts loose, he was able to remove them by hand.

harvey sMy reservation was canceled with no explaination. The point of return was closed. Returned to another location. They also couldn’t find my reservation in the system. Needed a receipt for reimbursement but could only be given one with a $0 charge. Was on the call back wait list, when finally called back, the automated system hung up on me. Went through that process AGAIN. Got a call later that day inquiring about the return of the trailer that I DID return over a week ago. Asked again for a receipt and was AGAIN sent a receipt for $0 charge.
Jaclyn CThe location seems a bit sketchy at first and it was slightly confusing to find the entrance as it look a little bit abandoned. But it was a fantastic experience once we were in and being helped.
Luke MIt seems that the dealer U-Haul places aren't as comforting and personable as some bigger U-Haul play done done regular New Hall places U-Haul places
James SI had to wait to receive my keys and process my rental after 2 associates finished watching a car race . I stood their for 15 minutes ! Very unprofessional!
