I arrived to the location to pick up the truck and trailer to find a very messy and unappealing establishment. When I finally got the rental agreement it was printed on the back side of previously used paper. The truck had not been inspected and had marker light issues. When I asked about getting them fixed I was told they don't do that. I had to call U haul to get it fixed. That process took almost 4 hours to get done after being told they would be there in an hour 15 or less! Customer file # 35220556. I was Very dis satisfied with the level of service for the amount of money I was spending. I would not recommend renting from this U Haul facility to anyone, It is a disgrace to the U haul brand.

Took over an hour.... I waited for the gut for 45 min. Then after paying and hooking up trailer it took him 45 more min to come outside to take 1 picture so I could leave... place looked abandoned.... terrible

Made a reservation for a 15’ truck was not there. Directed to another site not available there either. Had to finally go to this site to get a 26’ truck instead. Was then charged extra mileage because of the distance away from original rental site.

Had to hookup myself in a junkyard location was worried about getting flat tire stopped at office to check if I needed anything and was rudely treated

I was charged $100 dollar deposit that I was told I would get back when I returned the truck. When I got to the return location I asked about getting my $100 dollar deposit back. The guy go on his computer for a few minutes and then told me I should get it back in a day or two. I have still not received it. That is disappointing.

They sold my Uhaul even though I reserves it 24 hours in advance. I went to fill up the gas and they stated "the system isn't allowing it" so they charged me another $20! Poor service!

I didn’t even get to use the truck. I returned it the same day. Had it from 10am- 4pm. 6 hours and was charged for the whole day. $139 for nothing. I feel like I shouldn’t have paid for the whole day.
