1. It is hard to understand that u-haul is there: barely noticeable u-haul sign near the door. 2. Truck was provided. After 20 minutes run it was parked for loading and did start after that because of dead battery. 3. This location it was second reschedule. I was not able to pick up the truck in Russell, where reservations has been submitted initially.
