Tina TThe floor of the unit had a sticky substance on the entire floor of the unit that had a bad odor. Had to put down a covering so my household items would not get damaged. The left turn light would not work. The sliding door got stuck in the open position once. Had to forcefully pull the handle to get it closed. Rented several trailers in the past and this is possibly the worst one of all of them.

ROCHELLE T2 comments: 1. This was not my preferred location 2. The young man who was working there was a great asset to any organization. He was trying to balance checking out equipment and working on vehicles and did a great job. At some point a woman emerged who may have been a supervisor perhaps, maybe she should have been checking out the equipment to free him up to work on vehicles.

Edward GI returned it at 12:30 pm on Saturday. It had just under half a tank of gas. I was charged an extra day. It has not been credited back to me. I was allowed until 2 pm that Saturday. So please credit it to my card. It’s not my fault that the Cobb’s is closed on Saturday. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Mary Adams

Ladell GThis really wasn't an issue with the location itself. However the overall experience with just getting checked in through the app to even pick up the truck was TERRIBLE. The only reason this isn't getting a 1 star is because the truck was really well maintained. We got to the location and the app did not work AT ALL. I tried to trouble shoot myself my reloading the app. Rebooting my phone. Finding a spot with better Internet connection. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Waiting 20 minutes to see if the loading screen would ever update. I ended up having to call the uhaul help line and wait 40 minutes on hold before I even got to talk to anyone. And that was after waiting another 20 for the online chat feature that kept saying "5 minute wait" once I got someone on the phone,all they could do was have me reload the app dozens of times until it finally worked for a moment to put some info in before it crashed again. Then reload , rinse repeat . It took a total of an hour and a half of us just sitting there in the parking lot on the phone just to get checked in. There needs to be a way to email the info over to the representative or SOMETHING. having to struggle through and app that was almost non functional was absurd. The representative was super nice so I maintained my cool with them since they were genuinely trying to help. But the system is just not ideal and definitely not as easy as an experience as what you would be led to believe. As far as I'm concerned, next time I move, I'll just find someone that has a truck I can borrow rather than going through uhaul. Or rent from somewhere else. Quite frankly, I would almost rather spend the money to hire a moving company. It shouldn't take 2 hours to check in to pick up a rental.

Natasha ETruck was disgusting at pick up! We had to clean out dirt, screws, broken glass, and some sticky orange substance just to be able to use it! There was no walk through done with us so I took a video!
