I really have no recommendations for improvement. The representative, Mike, was extremely professional. He was friendly and had my pickup hooked up to the trailer very quickly. Checkout was also very efficient. I will definitely use this location again.

The gentleman that assisted helping me was so very kind and helpful! I will definitely go back for future rentals. I rented once from Geneseo, IL and will never go back. Bad experience.
KARAN TWe were to pick up 60 moving pads with our 26 foot truck, however, we were told that the delivery of the pads had not happened and we would have to travel 40 minutes (round trip) out of our way to pick up the pads.
MICHAEL SThe 26 foot truck had a much bumpier ride, both empty and full, compared to my other recent experiences with U-Haul. The Service was great, but the ride was like being on a jiggle machine even on the smoothest of rides.
MICHAEL SIt's getting too expensive to rent a u haul. Can't rent it just for 1 day. Was told the price would be $350. Ended up pay $401. Now I'm broke and don't have gas money for my own vehicle. Or money for food.
