Upon arrival the keys were in a lockbox…no instructions for how to actually get into the lock box were provided. Instead I had to call customer service and wait on hold for 20 minutes. The truck its self was clean, however it ran like a 30 year old semi. Very rough, and noisy. The belts definitely need to be replaced, as well as brakes. This is not a reflection on the location because that’s out of their control…however the lack of instructions on the lockbox were.

It is impossible to calculate how many gallons you need to return the truck at the same level. The print is so small that even my reading glasses can’t decipher it!

Worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul; had one tire blow out 20 minutes into my trip & the other falling apart 3 hours into my trip. After waiting for roadside service assistance to change them it added four hours to my 7 hour trip.

The location, employees and truck were all good. The computer system to check out the truck was extremely slow!! They had to submit the rental over and over (probably 8-10 times) before it went through. What should have been 5 minute check out took over 30 minutes.

Excellent experience. The store representative was superb and very friendly. She was very thorough and efficient. I was literally in and out in minutes. The lot assistant quickly completed the hook up and lights check and i was on my way in no time at all. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. These guys are Pros !!! I will be back !!

The truck itself was the problem. It had very loose steering, and the steering wheel was tilted, and it pulled to the driver side the entire way not to mention the ABS light started flashing on and off about an hour away from my destination, this has nothing to do with the store itself however, I am very disappointed in the quality of this vehicle I rented I have done business with the U-Haul for several years and I will most likely wind up going to Penske next Time.
