The lady was very friendly and helpful. She was understanding and went above and beyond to make sure our experience as smooth and stress free as possible during a very busy and stressful situation. Very much recommend and will definitely do business here next time I need to rent a haul again.

Stacey BThe check in/out process was a bit tedious but I understand for My protection since this was a self service process with it being after hours. The app has a few glitches and I had to repeat the photo process a few times. The QR code was a dead end also for this process. I had to outwit the system to get checked back in, which the idle ‘threat’ of being charged an extra $20 for a manual check in I would’ve fought had I not been able to outthink the process. Overall, experience was decent. Truck was as expected and did its job.

Teresa JMake sure the lock is working and the cab is actually clean. It was covered in dog hair and trash when I picked it up. They offered $50, but it's going to cost more than that for the extra miles I incurred because it took so long to get the lock unfrozen. Not to mention all the extra gas I had to put in.

Rod M | Overall ExperienceThe staff at this location was very helpful. My only complaint at pick up was the grill and windshield of the truck. There were tons of bugs smashed on them. I understand that happens but do I have to see it? The maintenance of the truck and cleanliness inside the cab were great. Just clean the front of truck and windshield to get bugs off. These were not small bugs. It was gross.

Terry KThe gentleman running counter was trying too hard to chat and allowed someone returning a truck late to go ahead of me, he was also not well equipped to use his computer, I was scheduled to pick at 2pm, I didn't get out of that office until after 2:30pm. While trying to field texts and calls from people who took time out of their day to help me move, wondering why I was late, he would not stop talking over my phone calls, commenting about my friends being rude by interrupting my check in. I love usuong uhaul but will not use this location again, the "overfriendly" man made me want to pull my hair out.

chris aI originally wanted to pick up the rental in Omaha NE. The trailer I reserved was not available there so I was given the option to pick it up in Council Bluffs IA. The agent and service were great. I was however disappointed that I wasn't able to return the trailer to the original location I had requested. I had spoken with customer service representative and was told that was not an option. So again I went 30 miles out of way into a different state because Uhaul would not work with me on this issue. I am disappointed and unsatisfied with Uhaul's customer service. The agent that personally rented me the trailer was great and helpful and was the only pleasant part of the experience.
Jacob SI originally reserved a truck, via the internet, to be picked up at a location I was familiar with. When I got there I was sent to another location to get truck because they didn't have one. I thought I was wrong on my locations but I checked the confirmation paper work, I printed when I originally reserved the truck, and I was right.
