My reservations were in Grass Valley some tire shop which was miserable and dirty and they did not have the truck I reserved several days in advance so I had to go to the Colfax area to get a truck it was out of my way and totally ridiculous but the Colfax location was great clean and the guys were very professional.

The 5" wheels on my 700 lb machine couldn't go straight on the ribbed floor of the 6' x 12' Uhaul trailer. When the wheels couldn't go straight they were forced sideways and I had to drag the machine across the floor with a come-a-long.

Reservations were terrible. My truck pick up location was changed three times within 12 hours of my pick up time. Unacceptable. Will avoid U-Haul at all cost. ended up driving 32 miles away from original pick up point.

Everything was perfect. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who was so kind and patient with me and helped me get all hooked up and situated and I needed to buy a hitch too and he even hooked it all up for me. I will be back again and recommend 👌 10/10

This location saved us. But it was our third.
The 1st and 2nd locations were abandoned of people with no service. I had to call UHaul service twice before I was sent to Colfax to finally get our van.
I would recommend releasing Cedar Ridge from your franchise.

I was very surprised there was not a U-Haul drop off location in Auburn. Colfax is a small town and kind of far away. It added a challenge to do the drop off and get a ride back home.

wrong trailer was delivered. tire strap was torn. trailer couldnt haul vehicle as promised. cost me an additional $1000 in fuel to drive separate truck. was horrible experience. i will not use or recommend uhaul to anyone

Small town feed store service. Staff was well trained on the rental procedure and I was I and out in 10 minutes(reservation completed on-line). Inspection and hook up demo was thorough. Drop off was even faster. Would absolutely recommend~!!!
