This comment is not from the location ( ColFax Mart ) the location was great, informative, and polite. The man is running a legit good business but for U-Haul U-Haul website should more clear on the site and state weather there will be a coverage charge on certain cards. Just give more details

Brandon NThe whole situation was a headache.The merchant was not organized. The owner didn't inform store employees that I was coming to pick this truck up. I also requested in notes and paid for a Dolly.And there was nothing in the truck. I'm waiting for my refund on the dolly !!!! Oh and the gas was almost on EMPTY. Then had the Audacity to put in the contract that the gas was just under a half tank. It was a quarter before empty
Michelle GThe owner should be on the premises. I should not have to wait for the owner to be called to get the keys. If I already did the reservation online the owner should be able to see it I should not have to tell him everything over.

james wThey made me get out the car to help disconnect the trailer even though I told them I was bleeding from a medical condition and cannot lift anything. They abandoned me outside after I called customer service. They said they didn’t know how to check in the equipment in after lying to me twice saying it was checked in already. The man started talking badly about me and ignored me after I came inside to make sure I was checked in. He asked me to leave the store because I pointed out that he was frying fish in the back instead of helping me check in my trailer. I will never go back there and wouldn’t recommend due to disrespect and laziness.
