My needs were simple…..I needed a small truck for a quick chore. The transaction was efficient and friendly and the final cost was very fair. I couldn’t ask for more.

Rental process was fast and rates are reasonable. Cargo van I used had low miles which is great. Newer van means no mechanical issues. Great location for the office in Mount Vernon, Wa! This is the second time I’ve rented from them!

Jennifer KThis experience was both stressful and confusing. When I first made my reservation, for a pick up in Concrete, I was called and told that nothing was available in Concrete and I would have to go to Mount Vernon. I, clearly, didn’t have a choice so I accepted. I then get a text message, the night before my scheduled reservation, informing me that UHaul took it upon themselves to not only change the location AGAIN but change my pickup time as well. Um…WHAT?!?!?! I called UHaul and informed them that this was not acceptable. The customer service rep seemed annoyed that she had to change my reservation back to what it was, originally – so sorry to have to inconvenience her. When I picked up the truck the app would not allow me to get the keys out of the lock box – something that the people at the storage facility have had to deal with quite a few times. Perhaps you should look into that little problem. When I returned the truck – my god the amount of photos that had to be taken to show that we (a) didn’t drive it to Mexico or (b) didn’t use it as our personal toilet. Next time I need to move, I’d rather set my belongings on fire than have to go through this experience again.
Ilona HI thought renting online was easy but I think next time I will use the sales associate for picking up and dropping off the vehicle, I wasn’t a fan of the picking up or dropping off process on the website.
Jessica CBecause I didn't have a smart phone to scan my drivers license we had to make 2 phone calls to verify a contact person. This is bull shut and made the rental process a pain in the assignment took way longer than is should. I will think twice before renting from u haul again. Also the box van had a loud air leak right next to the drivers ear. After 30 milesy ear was ringing. Not acceptable.
