Collier Collectibles was friendly and helpful. He wasn't there (it was during the lunch hour) when I dropped my rental off, but contacted me and instructed me what to do. About 30 minutes later he contacted me again and told me he had checked me in. Everything went smoothly.

There was no one at the location when we arrived. I did speak to the person on the phone who told me where to put the vehicle and the keys at.
JON SUser friendly website! Attempted to reserve for a local two use. Could not get u haul but was charged based on initial request. Not able to modify change. Upon return, using bar code became problematic. Finally just put keys in drop box and left the dropoff site. Then received an additional charge.
