Did not have a jackstand around to lift trailer off of truck hitch. Told me "you'll be fine...you can do it". Not helpful at all and no consideration. This is a health and safety hazard for customers and this location could/should be liable for chiropractic treatment due to this hazard.

Back of truck was not swept out. A couple of dollies from the previous user were left in the back of the truck. So it's obvious they never checked the truck between customers. Their printer was broken - and they hadn't seemed eager to replace it - so my copy of the rental agreement was a picture of their computer screen with my cell phone - and I really needed a printed copy for records, but didn't/couldn't get one...

I was given a return location on my service agreement with your company. When I arrived on the due date to return the vehicle I was REFUSED and therefore had to take it to Sioux Falls S.D. and then I was charged an extra $150 dollars extra because it was now late. That was a very crappy deal. Will not consider using your company again.

The gal who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. So was the guy who hooked up the trailer. My only wish is there was more availability closer to where i live, I drove over an hour and 15 minutes to get a trailer to rent. :(

Airbag sign was on upon pick up, I noticed after reaching home. I called the store and person who answered the phone said it will go off once you drive on highway. It doesn't turn on at low speed. I drove next day on highway for the move however it stayed on the whole time. This is a safety issue and they cannot make up stuff like this. Also I reserved 10 ft truck but they did not have so they gave me 15 ft truck at same price. The problem is it is difficult to drive and navigate big truck in a busy metro city. The truck used to make few weird noises, but did not break down.

Was told when I picked up unit that I could check to see if my auto insurance would cover me, and if not I could add the insurance the next day. Called to add the insurance the next morning and was told no.

It is located within a Laundromat so on a Sunday was quite busy, but it still worked alright. No complaints.

The drop-off site was not open. We just parked the truck, snapped a picture of the mileage and gas tank dials and also one showing the cart was in the clean back end box and put keys in the drop box. The place where we parked (by the other truck) was off the solid parking lot and muddy, but not a big deal I guess.

Both straps for the car silly were broke I had to purchase new ones for 45.00 each told the lady she said nothing she could do and it was missing a pin for the ramp I was not happy I paid 75.00 for the dolly plus an additional 97.45 just to use it because of the straps

Open earlier. The sign on the door says 8am, but it really opens at 9am. Also show the customer which truck is theirs. I was attempting to operate the wrong truck for about 10min because I was just given the keys, not shown which of the 3 10' trucks was mine.

We were suppose to be able to pick up the truck anytime before noon, we got there at 11;30 and the truck was not there lady said it was due back at 9am that morning and at 11;30am it was not there we had to sit around for 30 minutes and wait for the truck to get there because the people did not bring it back on time, We were not happy about this.

the service was friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the hold they put on my visa card and i was a little upset that this i had to put a promisorry note cause uhaul put a hold on it and then i was suppose to pay cash. I don't understand why uhaul couldnt just take the hold off and charge my card so now it costs me more
