Steve WThe couple that ran the place were so helpful and even changed my pickup location when the other place couldn't, where i picked up the truck. The drop off place in Cornelius was also amazing. She made a fair offer and deal when there were extra charges for minor damage and all of the uhaul locations I've dealt with, 3 in this case, have earned my business again. I seriously will not go anywhere else.

Larry MWhen I picked up the U-Haul truck there was no gas in the truck and nowhere in the contract does it state that I needed to pay for mileage I was charged up front $179 then upon drop off I was charged an additional $175 so no I won't be using U-Haul in the future!

Mayson MMy only issue is I was called a couple of times to change my pu location, which was an hour 1/2 roundtrip away with a free 20 ft upgrade. I didn't need the upgrade. I got a conformation email saying my original truck was guaranteed at my chosen location. When we arrived to pu truck, there was NO truck there, not even an upgraded 20ft. I was then sent to a different location to pu a truck. It added to the stress of having to clean out my recently passed Mothers home. Not a great start to the day... And because we just needed to be done, we got a bigger truck we didn't need, costing us more in gas and stress. Not the location's fault at this email conformation came from a Portland office.

Gearl SRe-directed by U-Haul for Saturday 5PM drop-off. Location unstaffed and major road construction made enter/exit very difficult. Web turn-in unsuccessful due to website app inability to verify location(iOS settings verified correct). Called U-Haul cust service and able remote turn-in.

Stanley LWay over priced. We used the 10ft box truck and it was more expensive for us to use it for one day than when we move states last month and used a 20ft truck for a week.

NICOLE MUnfortunately for us the secured facility was an issue since one of our units got broke into and several thousands of dollars were stolen but other than that it worked great for us. The office was super helpful and amazing to work with.
