They stated that at this location they couldn't take cash when I brought the vehicle back plus they had no lock on the U-Haul to secure your items, I went back and asked and they stated it didn't come with one so I had to go purchase one!

THOMAS MWhen asked how many miles are you traveling consider the location you are picking up and try to find out how far that pickup location is from where you are going. U-Haul sent me to a location 22 miles out of my way then charged me 15 miles over ($1/mile). They do not give grace for pick up location so be sure to add those miles if you can find out.

Prakashbhai PTruck was not clean inside nor out. Representative claimed lots of homeless in area that may have been in back of truck. Doesn’t explain used water bottles in cab though because it was locked. Back was dirty with screws, license plate, and parts of kid toys. Wouldn’t say those came from homeless. Also, ordered utility dolly and was not in truck at pickup. Had cancelled mattress pads but were still listed on reservation.
James EI thought UHaul was closed on Memorial Day and was charged for an extra day. My fault I should have checked.
JOHN PWas not told there was an "AFTER HOURS" fee for dropping off vehicle. Do not dispute any other fees for this rental. Vehicle was clean except for the floorboard of vehicle which I noted when picking up vehicle.
EDWARD MThere was a pee bottle, mud and garbage in the truck I used is crazy. When I asked the guy from the store he said they didn't clean anything.
Jean MApp kept messing up on turn in. Twice I had to take pictures then screen locked up. Went inside and it seemed it accepted it all.
