Well where do I start. I set up a u-halul in rice but when I got there there was no equipment for me to pick up so I cancelled my reservation. Next I set up a reservation in st cloud and on my way I find out that there is no available equipment and my reservation had been moved to Monticello which is a long way to go to pick up equipment and then drive to Holdiingford so we moved it to little falls which is about 45min from St Cloud but when I get there there was no one there to help me for about a half hour. So I am not happy with my hole move with using u-halul and now I'm being charged $100dollers for being over on millpage.
JASON BVery mixed up and does not understand the process. I received threats that the equipment was not delivered and a warrant for my arrest was in the process. Made several phone calls to get it straightened out
Arla EVery friendly, and answered all my questions. Just great people
TROY MThe trailer that I rented had running lights that did not work. It was kind of scary driving at night with only turn signals and brake lights working. I request a partial refund to compensate for the trailer issue. There was also a water leak in the driver’s side left front corner. Other than that the trailer performed very well!
