i had the best experience with this rental going to need a rental truck again real soon and I'm going to use U Haul again

The back of the truck was very dirty. It had some kind of an absorbent all over the bed trying to absorb some greasy substance. There was also things left in the truck like a work glove and some bag. There were to hand trunks; one up in the cab and the other just left loose in the back. Finally, the gas tank was left near empty.

RICHARD RI just wish checking in on the app would have been easier. Due to a bad internet connection, I was there 40 minutes and still had to call the 800 number. This by no means will cause me not to rent from this location again. They were awesome!

By all means if you can spare upwards of almost 100$ to transport your belongings less than ten miles away go for it.

Terry DShannon was very patient and helpful as my move had a few changes. Overall all is well and I would highly recommend this location. Downfall was not having enough china and glassware boxes. Was forced to drive to Athens to purchase them. Was not happy with that or that outrageous prices🤨🤨 Commerce Storage and U-Haul will always have my business. Highly recommend them. Five stars!!

BOBBY BFriendly staff. Cargo area of truck was filthy, metal scrap and about a a shovel full of dirt was all over. I had to sweep and blow it out before I could use it to move my families furniture.
Joshua PI picked up the truck at approximately 9 am on 12 Oct via my smart phone prior to the opening of the location. Waiting for me in the back of the truck was the utility dolly, the blankets, and a cargo area full of dirt and mud. The condition of the inside was so bad, I had to sweep and mop the floor of the truck, set blankets down so my furniture wouldn't be placed on the dirty floor. Additionally, inside the cab of the truck was dirt and one could see it had not been vacuumed and cleaned out prior to rental. When I turned in the truck at my destination, I informed U-Haul at Bardstown in Louisville of the condition of the truck, showed the rep the pictures I had taken, and asked him to credit my account due to the condition of the truck. The rep he couldn't believe the condition of the truck when it went out for rental from Commerce Storage. He said his manager would be calling Commerce and see what they could do for me....I just received my receipt for the rental and I was not credited at all for the poor condition of the truck. I am truly disappointed with U-Haul on the handling of this matter.
John MOnly have Uhaul rentals in areas that has a person on site to help with issues.

Pinckney SI received a receipt for an equipment charge of $20 after the return. There was no explanation in the email, and no one called me about an extra charge. Otherwise it was an easy return system.

HAL HI put gas in the truck less than two miles from the location and it was on 1/4 of a tank when I dropped it off. She had me park on a slight hill and that could have brought the gas gauge down some. I was charged $30 for this and then charged for additional gas. I have major issues with this. I had to deal with an awful smelling truck during my move and was then charged even though I returned the truck on 1/4 of a tank.

WILLIAM SLuke it was wonderful and answered all my questions. We look around my head was with returning the truck because the camera would not work when I want to take a picture of the mileage and the full tank of gas. And also the trucks steering wheel had too much to give to it.

Paul LThere is no cell phone reception at this location so you can’t pick up your U-Haul or drop it back off using the mobile app. It forces you to have to pay the $20 after hour charge since there is absolutely no cell phone service and your app almost never works. Thank God the store was open when I went to pick it up or I wouldn’t have been able to. Lady in the store was nice but I reserved an appliance dolly because I was moving by myself and naturally they did not have an appliance dolly available. I asked for my $50 reservation credit and the lady told me that I had to call U-Haul to get it which I know is not accurate because I have gotten a credit issued from the store directly before when you have not had the equipment I have requested. I also declined the safe mover coverage and she added it back to my account and charged me for it without my authorization. Tried to call several times and get it credited back but no one answers at the location and I don’t have over an hour to sit on hold for a U-Haul representative. I spoke to somebody through the chat who told me they would have it taken care of but it doesn’t look like I have received a credit for it yet.

Christopher CThis location had one truck, we needed to get a truck so we took it. We were told the truck had to be returned to the pickup location because it was due for an oil change. We agreed to that because it was our only option, but I feel that we should not have been charged for the return mileage because we should have been able to drop it at another location and they could have the truck serviced. It looks to me like it was a way to get paid for double miles. Not fair to the customer at all.

STEVEN MI picked up my truck at Commerce Storage. The manager Holly had great customer service! She had patience and took care of everyone with a smile. The truck was clean and the process was easy - except for the Internet making the transaction a little longer
ELIZABETH EAt this time in our world with COVID-19 I couldn’t believe the truck was filthy dirty. I was appalled! I had to ask for antibacterial wipes to wipe down the inside of the truck, it was disgusting when I wiped the steering wheel, seat, door and things I would need to touch down. The staff was very nice but not accommodating in this sense.You’re going to have to do a better job with Cleaning.
Katharine CTake better care of marking damage to the trucks. Had to ask for lady to come out and do a walk around so she could be shown damage on the truck not marked. I don't want even a chance of being charged for damage I didn't cause.

Tericka JCommerce Storage did not make me aware that they did not have the hand trucks or blankets I requested on my order. Therefore, they had to be removed from the order. I could not wait on replacements so I had to make do.
