The entire customer service process was poor. I was told to schedule my reservation on the app so I did. Then when I arrived to pick up the truck I was told I had to change my drop off to a location 20 miles away. When I got to that drop off location I was told they didn’t take uhauls anymore after a recent change in ownership. U-Haul customer service told me to drive the U-Haul back 20 miles to my original drop off location. Then, I was charged mileage for your mistake and told by U-Haul customer service they couldn’t do anything about it and to have a wonderful day.
