We had to drive 58 miles to pick up the truck and auto transport,we requested a location that was should of been 8 miles away. Only to get at the location (58) miles away to discover one of the tires had "NO" Tire thread at all it was to dangerous to drive even out of the parking lot. We needed to drive an additional 9 more miles to the next town to pick up another auto transport°

LYNN MIt was way out of town. There were other locations nearer to my home but we were sent to this out of area spot. It’s a combo used car lot/truck drop off place and was poorly lit. We dropped it off after hours and they charged us an additional days rent. Not very impressed with this spot.

jeffery mThe DROP OFF facility WA NOT OPEN for scheduled AM drop off time. The facility WAS NOT OPEN the day before for evening drop off so we drove by and waited until AM. U-Haul CHARGED me for extra day because I was 7 minutes late (8 AM and the business WAS NOT OPEN UNTIL 9 AM). SO I could have slept in for an additional 30 bucks. What a terrible drop off location because U-Haul did not have their HOURS appropriately listed. ADDITIONALLY U-Haul listed a FAX number for contact for drop off location. HORRIBLE TREATMENT - was brushed off by both U-Haul main and drop off location personnel. Thirty extra bucks because U-HAUL scheduled drop off time for business that WAS NOT OPEN.

donald dI reserved a truck years ago and was told I would have to go to Oak Harbor to pick it up. This time I was leary about using uhaul but the person that rented me the truck was amazing. They had the size of the truck that I needed and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend Commutee Cars in Sedro-woolley for uhauls
rhonda hThe truck was dirty on the inside. Spilled liquids on dash and cup holder area. Dirty napkins on floor. I was over charged on the mileage and gas. I was told The boss of this location took the uhaul the previous night and didn’t record gas usage or mileage. I was over charge $180 and was told I would get it Returned to my card. I asked for a new receipt and have not received it. Not have I received the money back yet.
Rolando aCommuter Cars was fine. The U Haul scheduler selected the location for me as it had the only truck available for my move. Unfortunately that meant I had to go an hour out of my way to get the truck and scramble to find someone to take me there a day earlier than planned.

Robert WThe lady who checked the vehicle out to me knew the gas didn’t read exactly what was on the paper and let me know as long as I bring the vehicle back close to where it needed to be we should be good, and the lady checking me in was totally not having it and wanted to charge me $80 for bringing it back the way I picked it up and so I went to put more gas in to not accrue this charge and the location is crappy, I sat at the intersection for over 5 minutes trying to get out of their driveway
Billy MWaiting at location for 45 minutes to complete the transaction, a four hour rental, was tedious. The keys were lost and we spent as much time waiting for the vehicle as we did driving it.

Alisa TFirst, I was sent to this location when there were two closer locations with the same equipment. Second, in the middle of my transaction I was abandoned to show cars to a rude, loud family. Third, on my way home I was flagged down by another motorist because the back door to the truck was left open and the furniture blankets and dolly were on the verge of falling out on the highway. Finally, there were snack foods left on the floor on the passenger side of the cab.

Brenden EUhaul stated the truck and equipment I ordered would be available. This location was great but uhaul did not supply the extra equipment. The dealer did not fail but the uhaul ordering process is very faulty and does not follow through on their commitments to their customers.

GLENN VCommuter cars had UHaul site issues. Initially not their faults and I do credit them for trying. BUT, very unprofessional. Didn't know the rates or how uhaul site even worked. Forgot to bring their own personal passwords so used a co-workers.Took 2.5 hours. They were supposed to open by noon and showed up at noon. So it took them 30 to even figure out the other issues at hand. Didn't even get my driver's license so I could have been under 18 for all they knew. They did try being as polite as possible but I'd be concerned if I was uhaul.
