Parking lot was a mess with cars everyone and entrance/exit blocked due to dozens of cars waiting their for some sort of pickup. I completed all the pickup and drop-off forms on the uhaul app and it took much longer to complete the pickup than expected which cut into allocated rental time. Gas station cashier acted like I was a major inconvenience to her because I filled out the drop-off info on the uhaul app instead of her doing it, very strange.
