Geary CAlthough the location that I picked the U-Haul up was very well-maintained the whole experience was very very poor I had to go to four different locations and then the truck that I ended up getting was still double booked the first location I went to the guy was very rude Said that it was almost 2 PM and that he was not doing any more rentals even though I had driven 100 miles to get to that rental on the whole I will never use U-Haul again not to mention y’all charged me another $36 even though I left more gas in the truck then was asked Worst experience for a first time U-Haul user

DERRICK MMake plain the way you are to pay for your rental. Verify with the main office or headquarters so the location cannot change your payment method, as they did mine. Verify that your reservation is the samke4 as the rental contract. Mine was changed.

I booked a truck to be picked up in Midlothian and was told that one would not be available at that location and they changed the location. It was more than 5 miles away from my original pick up spot and I ened up paying extra due the milage going over.

Timothy CFacility rents Uhaul’s for revenue but it’s not their specialty. They’re location is next door to a Haul store and it creates confusion for customers returning trucks.
Scott TWhile in the office the manager came in and the Rep had been in this position for 2 months and we didn't mind that he was in the learning process and maybe not as fast as the manager would have wanted him to be. The manager came in talking rude and very disrespectful and loud to the Rep which made him nervous and more slower. My husband told the rep to keep his head up and concentrate. The manager acted childish and very unprofessional and should be ashamed.

Rodney Bcheck out time was too long, attendant lack rental truck/trlr experience. attendants did not know how to hook auto transport to truck so they sent me next door to U HAUL. enroute to my destination, i had to add engine oil & transmission fluid.

Allen SWe get there on time to pick up truck. The truck they have isn't the one that was issued from u haul. The woman at the desk proceeds to tell me that she had us coming @ 10:30 not 11. I said I don't think so I proceeded to show her our reservation in my email she told me not to be ugly. I had to call u haul to get the proper truck released. Then the charges we authorized on our card for 125 and then she authorized another payment of 38.11 for what we have no clue. We bring the truck back that night when we are finished we get our final statement amount for the rental truck of 105.00. The two prior charges of 125 & 38.11 were supposed to be dropped from authorization and the 105 charged to my card. Compass Storage submits all three charges 125.00 38.11 and 105.00 to my bank and it's withdrawn from my account for 1 in town rental of 39.99 with a total of 42 miles used and 10 hours of use. The charges were 269.00. This company and u haul clearly have no idea what they are doing.
