LYNETTE PI had nothing bad to say. The only problem I had is that I was too short to see the lock word. Thank goodness my son was with me. Otherwise it was the best rental experience ever. I’m a big fan of this process and the truck was perfect for my needs.

I NEVER IN MY LIFE had such an effortless truck rental for moving. when I needed to connect to help to extend my rental, it was given in 2 mins on the app for a small charge, then when I needed even MORE time(underestimated BIG TIME 😆), Customer service granted me a full 24hr use for FREE. I am very grateful and it was AFFORDABLE and still around just $100!!!

Michael BYour 15 mi.& Utica rd. Facility is a joke! I will never use that U-Haul again! Over an hour to get code for the lock, and the code didn’t work! Had to be transferred to the 14 mi.& Groesbeck Fraser U-Haul! Was in and out of there in 10 minutes! That facility was top notch!
Jay BWindows and mirrors were very dirty. I had to wash them inside and out. Windshield wipers were so bad I bought a set and took them with me incase I had to use them.
Gary MThe representative working was great. We arrived a few minutes before they opened and she assisted us. Not many places would do this, they would you wait till the exact minute they opened and tell the customer they were closed. She should be commended for the service she provided and because of her I would recommend you to everyone.

LINDA aYour rental agent who wrote me up was excellent; experienced, professional, and had a great personality. I would've liked to have been able to rent tie straps to tie up against the walls of the truck. I was caught by surprise that they weren't available at this location. Overall, a great experience. Dwayne FVehicles very dangerous to drive the driver side mirror was loose the 12 Volt adapter didn't work also the stirring wheel was off to the right and I've been trying to call customer service for 3 days very poor service. And I couldn't charge my phone for directions so I was hoping if someone could call me back at 24863276 100 because I had spoke with some service services managers and they were supposed to call me back and they didn't very very unorganized they cancel my appointment when I didn't cancel it
Jasper WThe truck had an engine light on and the suspension was horrible. The truck rattled down the road, and took every bump like it was ready to fall apart.
DAVID RThe only thing wrong was it had bad smell of weed as soon as I opened the door. It really never went away.
Wendy SAccurate details of location. This was not a uhaul location it was a storage faculty. Rep was not able to answer questions. I was overcharged on several items and cannot get a rep on the phone. I left a call back and no return call. Very very bad service

Justin CI asked if I could get the extra day charge taking off since I was an hour late due to Expressway backup by car fire oh, and I was told no and I asked to speak with the manager in the guy told me he was the manager in the one that they will have take care of any disputes and he's saying no. Also I asked if there was a seating area or anything where I can wait so I wouldn't be in the cold and he told me know that they have a policy that there's no standing around in the building so that put me out in the cold for about 40 minutes waiting on my ride.

LESLIE ATried to rent online. Got there to pick up the truck and the guy said online doesn't work so he had to register me. Which didn't take long. But what's the point of online reservation if it doesn't work. The truck was gross. Transmission was shot. There were lights lit on the dashboard. It was semi dirty inside. And he charged me for insurance which I didn't want we were moving a block over so it's not like it was long distance and the condition of the truck you wanted to protect? Kinda ironic. I took the truck becuz we only had maybe 10 big things to move and it had to be done that day. So yeah they got me in a pinch.
DAWN MThe self check in didn't work since both key boxes were occupied. I had to wit until the self storage place opened their doors. despite my efforts to get the key from the staff person, it took another 25 minutes for them to know the key was at the service desk. The 10 blankets were not in the truck, but the money was refunded. additionally my reservation wasnt honored at my preferred location or truck size, I had to drive further and pay rate per mile.
