The pick up procedure was horrible. It is not as easy as portraited. Get a connection with a telephone and going through the prompts with a poor connection, the site kept dropping. No more 24/7 pickups for me anymore.

This was the most frustrating vehicle rental experience I've ever had and will never rent at this location again. I prefer to interact with customer service people on site and will only rent from a staffed location.

I "googled" a Uhaul near me and drove from work to pick up a Van from this location. I passed 2 other Uhauls and thought why didn't I just go there? Upon arrive the woman at the front desk was extremely nice, felt like a friend who was very helpful explaining what I should expect with billing, drop off, etc. The location actually, was perfect, it was halfway between where I needed to pick up a large TV and my house. Actually, it was only 10 min from my house, thanks google! The day went as smooth as possible and I liked how this location was in a quiet area which allowed me to pull in and pull out of the lot easily. Def going there again soon as I need a van to move items from a house. Thank you!

The women was very rude and even said she had no idea . The van was dirty and smelled like drugs when I got it ,but charged me a fee cleaning. 0/10 for this location

Better parking options for returns, there were not many options when returning equipment to this location as they only have very limited parking available and several other uhauls trucks had been returned

I received a charge for fuel when I just came from the gas station and filled up the tank. The gas pump clicked. So I know it was full. Only drove 4 miles from the gas station to return it. The gentleman working said nothing to me when I acknowledged him that I was returning a truck. I handed him the keys and he said nothing. I asked if he needed anything else from me or if we could look over the truck. He said nothing, so I left. I should not be getting charged for fuel when the tank was full.

Could not get the rental return to operate. I ended up in hold for 45 minutes. Then we got charge $59+ for a $19 rental. NOT COOL !!!

Drop box issues. Could not get key in. Bad reception in area took 1/2 hour for approval.

The drivers seat needs replaced the vehicle has 82k on it and the seat is lop sided. Typical for a drivers seat because all the sliding out. Motor was strong for 82k and transmission worked well. The Uhaul decals need replaced on the box

The people were great. They all displayed a real sense of caring. They were all fun to talk with. The truck was top notch and very clean. Made my move very easy. There actual location is awkward to get in and out of but that is just the geography of the land, which is out of their control.

Yes, very convenient for my companies location. We always rented from U-Haul in Glenshaw PA, but this is much closer. Not much to do, service was great and vehicle ran well. Thank you...
