I'm unsure if this goes directly to Uhaul or is this goes to the location the location was absolutely fantastic however the 24-7 Rental process is the most inconvenient horrible process I have ever been through this was my second attempt at an actual location to pick the truck up in the last less than 30 days both times it was a giant Pooh show you guys would not accept my ID you wouldn't want a different card everything was an absolute disaster I was almost late to meet my Movers even though I was there by about 20 minutes after 9 I didn't get out of there until almost 10 because nothing would work properly I even did the pre check-inStacey C.
Went to pick up my truck and it was moved to a different location where I was picking the truck up with less than a tenth of a mile from my location and I had to drive 4 miles to pick up my I wasn't very happy and then the way they treated me after my truck was totaled it wasn't my fault but you would have thought it was very happy with you allDennis M.

The dealer said I did not have a reservation and even if I did he did not have a truck. When I showed dealer my reservation on my phone he found my reservation. He then decided to look in drop box and see if any trucks were left over night. We did paper work and he handed me the key. He never checked truck out from last reservation.James C.

If a truck is returned with too much gas still in the tank, past what the fuel level was when picked up, there is no way to receive a credit. But, if the fuel level is under what it was when picked up, you will be charged $4.00/gal or a $30.00 service fee. That's not fair to the customer.David G.

From the location in Largo where the person Assisting me act like she did me a favor allowing me to do a one way move... even though I was rerouted to this location via uhaul Representative. It was an unnecessary length annoying process. The 2 people working there were just annoying about wanting a good review after so so service. Neither of them were reading the mood in the room obviously, because they were talking nonstop and joking around. Now the drop off. We were not told were to leave keys. The app was actually simple and we did everything we needed to do. But we took the keys with us and had to drop them in the morning. The person Linda acted like we should have known how use the combination uhaul box out front. I checked the app, and paperwork the night before... no combination. So when taking keys in the morning the front door is locked, and I had to walk around a gate to find an open door. Literally simple things that could easily run smoother if staff had common sense. While they were friendly, I would prefer professional and doing their jobs effectively. There needs to be better communication between uhaul and the locations renting trucks. I honestly had a better experience from a convenience store pick up 2 years ago!Billy N.

When I booked the truck and scheduled pickup at 9:30 and later found out that I had to wait until when the office opened. The rear cargo area was dirty. There was a lot of dog hair and other debris. I had to sweep the truck out myselfDonald M.
Dana was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional, she answered all my questions in a very convincing and respectful manner, she offered services that I was not considering when I walked into the Compass Office, I came to pick an online rented U-Haul Truck, and by her smart and superb saleswoman-ship, she volunteered information about the Storage units, the climate controlled and the non-climate controlled; lo and behold, I ended up happily renting a climate controlled unit. Thank you Dana, and thanks to Compass for hiring such a consummate professional, who makes it not only easy but also pleasant and satisfying, to do business with Compass.
