I have. Rented a storage unit for 6 months and I rented out a 8 foot bed pickup truck for a week. All accommodations met.... my girl's sweetheart of a person. That works at compass 127 00 Walsingham road. She Deserves the ultimate raise( hear me - her boss).She's a beauty .she goes out of her way to provide excellent service when you need it the most !!! MARK MMy reservation was moved AND THEN LOST from the location on Seminole Blvd and 102nd in pinellas county The facility was closed and I had to get a 2nd ride there and call the 24/7 line for HELP getting the truck I'd already paid $100 deposit for This thru my whole trip off schedule AND caused a "late/wrong drop off" fee of $163!! I WILL NEED THAT OVER CHARGE REFUNDED AS NONE OF THIS WAS MY FAULT Please have someone fix this error ON UHAULS FAULT immediately Thank you Xavier Morlock 727-288-8995

MELODY NFirst we were told by uhaul customer service that we had to do a after hour pickup at 7am and it took us 45min to go thru the app pick up requests. When all the time there was a employee inside the building that could have made things easier. THE TRUCK SMELLED LIKE SMOKE when my husband got in it and the entire reservation process (misinformation, reps not telling me the truth and the truck pick-up location changing 3 times ) my husband had no choice in taking the stinky truck and just sprayed febreeze. There also was NO dolly or furniture pads that we paid for in truck and had to drive to another U-Haul location to pick one up. We were told from the pickup location employee that she knew about it because someone had stolen it. But, no one at U-Haul called us to let us know nor did anything to make sure the dolly and pads that we paid for would be there at pickup time. They simply didn't care. Then I was charged 12.00 when the original quote said 6.00 for a dolly. And the pads were also a higher price.

ROBERT WMichelle at Compass Storage saved the day. We had booked a 20ft truck and them were told we were going to have to pickup at an inconvenience location. Luckily once we got assigned a close pickup location, they did have one 20ft truck. Mark at the drop off spot was very professional and courteous as well.

Today the store was closed. Customer service. Changed my transaction to this store. Now I had additional mileage charges, and was two hours delayed starting my move. Gave my reserved truck to someone else cand then lied about it.I had to drive miles further and pay more moneydue to the extra mileage because my reserc=ved truck was given to someone else. I also paid thre movers and additional hou each at $25/hour thanks to U-haul not caring one bit about their customer. The employee at the Walsingham location where I did get a truck was fantastic and honest. I will NEVER use U-haul again and will bad mouth the company to as many people as I can. I am embarrassed for U-haul. So utterly unprofessional and uncaring. The worst.
