DELORES BIt was unclear where to park the truck
Lauren PDon’t send customers to places that don’t deal with U-haul cash transactions. Tell the customer that there will be additional fees for after hours. If the customer is moving to a new state or location they are unfamiliar with but have used a U-haul facility in the area, don’t recommend a new location especially one that is closed and not a U-haul facility. No one wanted to take accountability for this incident.

Please also make gps navigation devices available so that people won't have to use their phones.

Benayah BCharged an $80 late fee based on incorrect pick up time. Drop off time also recorded incorrectly. Staff instructed thru intercom to leave keys in vehicle but didn’t check it in for over an hour. Terrible lack of service and really lame to charge a bogus late fee hours after we had left. Will likely not rent from uhaul in the future.

Christian SI had a terrible experience with this location and employees at this location. I booked a uhaul for 10:30am and didn’t get it until 11:15am, wasting a lot of my time. My reservation told me I was scheduled to return the Vehicle at 4:30pm. I got there on time and the office was closed. I dropped the vehicle off this morning and still got charged a late fee. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I would like a refund for the late fee for the fact that none of this was my fault.

Jonathan SOnly one employee at the front desk busy with a customer couldn't give needed attention to the rear gated/fenced parking lot. I waited a long time in the van I was returning at the gate. Once in the parking lot, the gate closed and I was trapped in the lot with no signage or clear way to enter the back of the building.

Cynthia POne employee attempted to be as helpful as possible today; however, I had an overall awful experience. They are well understaffed, which increases wait times and cuts into my rented time. Also, I was charged for a dolly and not only did this location have none, neither did any location in the area which made moving a lot more difficult than anticipated. The company is at fault, not the staff.
Nyderah MI was charged for 3 dollies that I didn’t receive. She called to tell me that the truck didn’t come with any dollies because they didn’t have any. I told the representative to remove the charges for the 3 items from my statement but they did not; I was charged any how. Picking up and dropping off went okay.

Ryan HThe lock box containing the key at pickup was not large enough for the key and the plastic key ring attached to it making it impossible to retrieve the key without breaking the plastic identification card. While someone was on their way to help me at an off-hour time -- thanks so much for answering the phone u-Haul, I was able to get the key out. Additionally the lock was difficult to open as the tiny box also kept the lock from swinging open freely.
PAUL WCustomer service could have been better. The personnel I spoke with a couple of times seem to have little patience for my problem, which was the fact that I dropped off the rental truck on August 8th and on August 10th when I called inquire, it still had not been checked in. When I finally received the bill I had been charged for 3 extra days rental when in fact I only had it one day, returned it after hours. I am still waiting for a corrected bill.

Kevin BI was very disappointed with this transaction I reserved a truck the night before and when I went to pick the truck up at the time requested I was told I had to follow the directions on the door because no clients inside the location and she told me I had to re-submit my request. I had to call the one 800 number it took an extra hour before I was able to get the vehicle I was very disappointed so when it was time to drop off my vehicle the girl told me not to worry about the odometer just fill up the tank halfway and drop the key in the mailbox the next day I found out that they charge me a $20 convenience fee. That was a rip off will not rent again from uhaul. Taking people money.

She then seeming obviously irritated maneuver the car to another door for us to exit. She also never gave me back my drivers license.

Julia CStop cheating people. Fix the trucks. Get better customer service. Refund people money back when the trucks doesn't work properly. I never ever had this experience dealing with uhaul in my life. I never been charged 133.00. The uhaul employee never showed us the exact mileage and charged us what she wanted. The left front light was out and I was pulled over. I almost got into an accident that night because I couldn't see clearly due to the light being out. The trucks were dirty with graffiti all over them. The engine light was on. There was a message coming up saying that the gas cap needed to be tightened. I tightened the gas cap even before I needed to get gas . Last but not least, I had to put 20 dollars in the gas tank, "not included with the charges on the receipt "and didn't use 20 dollars worth of gas. That place needs to be investigated. I used this location "although the reviews said 1 star" because it's close to my house. I will never come here again. They charged me for an extra day as well , saying that I was an hour late. The employer said to come back tomorrow because this was a Sunday and that they were closing at 4. I asked her what time to come back. She said to bring it back around the same time . She gave no exact time . She didn't say what would be considered late, and I brought it back around the same time like she said. Thanks for reading. I would appreciate some of my money back if not, all of it. They are getting over on people. I didn't owe that much.
Wanita Wi was there at 9am to pick up the Truck the mg said that they did not start U haul until 10 o'clock. as I order it for 9 am.
Jeffrey BTwo different addresses were texted to me to drop off at, so I went to one first and found it was the wrong one. The Compass Self Storage drop off was fine, but my link didn’t work for self drop off of the unit. The direction from U Haul in general on how to drop it off was not very good.
