Not overcharge me. In what started out as a 39.00 rental turned into a 105.00 rental in which you charged my card 255.00 and now I have to go back to this place to figure out why there's is a extra 150 dollars being taken off my card when then there should have been money added back and I turned it back in in good condition....horrible experience i wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

I booked 10' truck in advance but later when i came to pickup a truck it was not the 10' at all. my mattress got damage during transfer because of this goof-up. I brought to notice this at the time of picking the truck to executive but got the answer is, its an only option we have this time. Its not done and feeling despoilment.

This is the second time I have requested a 17’ U-Haul only to show up finding a 15’. This time they at least had the couresty to call me and let me know that they screwed up. But because of this, I was forced to take an extra trip that would not have been needed with the 17. Making my mileage and gas costs more.

We were not given additional mileage for any problems in weather or road conditions. Due to flooding in the midwest we had to travel south and pay for extra miles.

I rented a vehicle to pick up my son’s belongings. He passed away at the end of last year. The truck as dirty inside and out. I stared at two warnings for 5 hours. The first one “Change Engine Oil Soon”. The second one was as “Tire Pressure Low”. Before I left I checked with the office. They told me to ignore them. I doubt that my wife and I will ever use U-Haul again. I worried every mile of the way.

Location and service was above average. Uhaul issued wrong password and had to wait for an hour past scheduled time for pick-up. Dolly was not requested and was in the way, we had to cut the seal to move it out of the way and will likely be charged for it.

There are no improvements necessary in my opinion. We have used this location for U-Haul Rental on 3 occasions. Each rental was very quick to reserve (online) and the Customer Agent at Compass Storage is a wonderful person. She is helpful, courteous, and one of the kindest ladies I have met . She is the reason we keep coming back to this location. The proximity to Smyrna is great, also. Diana Sullivan

My initial pickup went well. The customer service agent was awesome. When I returned because I forgot I had left my cleaning supplies , broom and mop inside the van the new agent on duty had charged me $19.99 plus tax cleaning fee. I informed her that I had left a vocie message because she was not answering the phone that I had left the items and was on my way to pick them up. She informed me that if she has to fold a furniture pad that she charges a cleaning fee .

I traveled 22 mi and put 2+ gallons of fuel in and then they charged me another $12 to add three more gallons Rip off!

my biggest complaint was I used the express checkin with uhaul.com and it says I do not have to show my drivers license and can just take the keys and go yet they took my license and copied it on my copier.

Truck that was rented leaked on the driver side top corner and the employee told me of the leak after I come back to returned the unit . and being said I had some things to get wet . she says it has been fixed in the past and it will leak just sitting there on the lot thanks

I did not want the dolly and pads that were secured down in the bed of the truck and asked for them to be removed before I drove off with the truck and was told by Michelle to just move them out myself if needed because they needed to stay with the truck and she would note for me to not be charged for them. I was charged and want the $80 removed. Called there today and was told it would be looked in to and to give them several days! Really? Now I am waiting. I really do not want to deny charges on my credit card but I will if this is not resolved by this Thursday, march 2nd.
