I was surprised to see them on the Monday, Memorial Day holiday. Yet, I was very happy and they made it SUPER easy to drop off.

It was okay. The check-in procedure seemed to take a long time, but I guess it's necessary to be thorough. I was supposed to have furniture pads and an appliance dolly. However, all I had was a utility dolly.
Benjamin OI had originally booke at a 24 hr location. Attendnt did not show up on time and I paid movers to wiat around while I had to wait for the truck. Then after loadin gthe truck and heading down the highway the sterrng shook between 62 -75 mph. This made it a very discomfoting drive back to PA. aporpox 900 miles. I told the attendant at the drop opff location about this and I also recieve a servidced traction activ notice?? Although Unau gave me $50 back this was no worth the inconviernce of wating adn the pain in my sholders from driving this turck.

THOMAS HThis location was fine. The problem is that the original location, 5 minutes from where I was, gave me a truck. I get in and the windshield has an over foot long crack right across the windshield at eye level in the driver's side. Are these trucks not reviewed for maintenance issues before being rented out? I was then sent over 20 minutes away. No apologies, no offers of a discount, nothing. I then had to start over with the only difference being the truck was being held for m at the new location.

Felicia MParking lot is so hard to pull in and out of. Not enough space to park or turn around. Just as well, the location did not have the equipment on hand even though I had placed the reservation 2 weeks in advance.
