The girl at the checkout counter was not helpful and seemed bothered that we were there to rent a truck. She was not very polite and offered no assistance, which made the experience uncomfortable.
STEPHEN FAt this time I believe the team is developing and serving their customers well. Continue to do what they wrecking. Trucks look good, lobby is neat clean and organized and the units are clean
HENRY MI’ve moved a lot of times and every time I use U-Haul but this time around exceptional truck was clean was shiny. I don’t know but if I’m moving, I want everything to be on point and this was top of the notch for me.
Osmany VBetter truck / Orlando pro movers never showed up had to do it my self money was taken that same day but not returned that same day they never showed up or called I call and the excuse was the couldn't access the account. The worses experience back still killing me for moving by my self this is unacceptable and would like a call from someone that can resolve this asap
