I had a hard time getting them on the phone to answer questions. Always had to leave a message. I did not know I had to pay for fuel. I assumed that was covered by the mileage rate. They said I could return up until 7:30. I arrived at 6:30 but no one was there. After calling, I learned I could do this via mobile but the app would not recognize my location even though that setting on my phone for Safari was turned on. The location had me call Uhaul but after being on hold for 15 minutes I gave up. So, this cost me $55 more than I expected and was an extra headache at the end.Darren S.

Way too expensive. Had the truck for less than two hours, drove 17 miles, and that cost me over $70?! The truck is advertised for $30...then you have to add on insurance, price per mile, gas, etc... And becuase of the one way frontage roads there was not an easy place to get gasoline.Joshua G.
