DENNIS AGas gage was reported wrong and the picture that I took of mileage just missed getting the gas gage so I can’t prove it. Lesson learned and I will be using another location in the furure

Adam gCost was very expensive. We had the truck less than 3 hours. We drove 56 miles, bought $14 insurance, rented no equipment and purchased no supplies. The $20 truck rental turned into $85. Get rid of mileage cost.

Jacob TDrop off location had a truck sitting on a side road facing the entrance, I thought that was where I was supposed to park my rental, nope that side road is a dead end with no where to turn around , had to back the truck with a trailer out of that road. A sign directing the returns say , " No right turn " might be nice. Not towing a trailer would have been no problem but I was

Shawn APersonnel was polite. Drop off was quick and easy. Only real problem is there is nowhere obvious to park/drop off trucks. I ended up having to park my truck on the side of the road up the street from the UHaul place.

Greg HWe used Uhaul 3 different times from 3 different locations in our area. We never had an issue and the staff was professional. The trucks were in good condition and clean. The app is a nice feature however I experienced some delays and freezing. Overall we had a great experience... thank you!!!

Kory HI really loved the location to pick up the truck. The truck was clean and ready to go which was a plus. I found the mileage to rent the truck to be higher then I have usually paid for it, but over all was a good experience. If UHaul would keep the mileage lower to rent their trucks, I would use them more on a regular basis
Cindy RRented there twice in the last 30 days. First time reserved in the store on a Tuesday for a Thursday pick up. Went to pick up Thursday and he had reserved it for Friday, so had to go to the beechmont location. They had me in and out in 15 min with a truck. 2nd time was on line reservation this past Tuesday for Thursday pick up. Did the on line check in including an appliance dolly. They called and asked me to pick up early due to a company picnic. I re arranged my schedule went early and it took over 4o min to get out of there and did not have the dolly, so back to the beechmont location to get the dolly. Again they were great there in and out in 5 min. Returned the truck to the 9 mile location then had to go back to beechmont to return the dolly. My opinion they should have offered to let me drop the dolly there. They need help!!!!
