Personnel was polite. Drop off was quick and easy. Only real problem is there is nowhere obvious to park/drop off trucks. I ended up having to park my truck on the side of the road up the street from the UHaul place.

Not sure of the guys name, but very nice. I showed up unannounced and he treated me like he shouldve. Have me all the info I needed along with info incase I didnt make it back before they closed. I'll definitely be back to use their uhaul services again

My U-Haul trailer was hooked up wrong and my lights did not work. This all could have caused a serious accident. I returned the trailer that same day and I am still waiting for my money back.

This dropoff location provided above average service however it was not because they are a U-haul location but more because they provide good customer service despite their affiliation with u-haul.

We used Uhaul 3 different times from 3 different locations in our area. We never had an issue and the staff was professional. The trucks were in good condition and clean. The app is a nice feature however I experienced some delays and freezing. Overall we had a great experience... thank you!!!

I really loved the location to pick up the truck. The truck was clean and ready to go which was a plus. I found the mileage to rent the truck to be higher then I have usually paid for it, but over all was a good experience. If UHaul would keep the mileage lower to rent their trucks, I would use them more on a regular basis

Rented there twice in the last 30 days. First time reserved in the store on a Tuesday for a Thursday pick up. Went to pick up Thursday and he had reserved it for Friday, so had to go to the beechmont location. They had me in and out in 15 min with a truck. 2nd time was on line reservation this past Tuesday for Thursday pick up. Did the on line check in including an appliance dolly. They called and asked me to pick up early due to a company picnic. I re arranged my schedule went early and it took over 4o min to get out of there and did not have the dolly, so back to the beechmont location to get the dolly. Again they were great there in and out in 5 min. Returned the truck to the 9 mile location then had to go back to beechmont to return the dolly. My opinion they should have offered to let me drop the dolly there. They need help!!!!

I didn't get the call or text the day before that I was told is get. If I didn't get the call or text, I'd get a $50 credit, which I didn't get either, yet.

I set up to pick up the U-Haul at 8 am through my phone. It did not work. In fact, Uhaul online cancelled my reservation. We had to wait 2 hours for the location office to open. This put us 2 hours behind on our day. Once the office opened, the owner/manager was fantastic and got us on our way, but it really through off our day. Please work out your online "glitches".

I made sure to return the truck I rented with just a little more fuel than it had when I picked it up. I was still charged an extra $7.50 for fuel. I emailed a picture of the fuel gage in response to my receipt to prove it but got no response. The $7.50 isn't really worth my time, but it seems like just an easy way to get more money out of people. I don't intend to pursue it further, but that's why I'm leaving a less than excellent review.

Tow dolly had a bad ratcheting strap which came loose several times had to stop forgot to turn my lights out drain my battery couldn't get my truck started I called U-Haul for help they said they couldn't help me why did I get the insurance for

There was no jack on the tongue of the trailer and they did not have an adapter for the lights. The girl working there did not come out to check the equipment for it properly being hooked up.

Let me know that I would have received a refund for return early when you rent and return. I did a one way and was not told that if I return early which I did no early refund

They charged me for a cleaning fee when i got the truck it was dirty everywhere. the lady at storage Wanda on 9 miles refunded me then i got charged again

Went to drop off the trailer and the sign said open, but no one was there. Used the call box and got a call center. Waited. Called the Beechmont location and they said to just leave it in the parking lot. While trying to unhook, a guy suddenly shows up and said "I had to eat". We had no idea how long no one would be there. He was not at all apologetic.
