Great service!!!
Chadwick FWhile compass storage did great, it was u-haul themselves that disappointed me. We needed it for a 17 mile round trip thing it would have been between 40 and 50 miles had we went to Murfreesboro as they attempted to make us do. Giving us the next best vehicle (which they did) for the cost of the vehicle that they had available (online) was the best option. Overall I'd give compass 5 stars and u-haul 2 stars.
Faith PThe final drop off location was closed, so we had no interaction with any staff members. I used the app to check it back in.
JEFFERY BThe fuel gauge reading on the contract was wrong and I pointed this out to the lady at the office and she said that she would change it in the computer. The contract showed a little over 1/2 tank, but when I picked it up the gauge read a little over a 1/4 of a tank. When I turned the truck it had a half tank, but the recieving dealer charged me $22.50 for five gallons of gas. I think I should get that $22.50 refunded on my credit card.

Roger IWe had difficulty with getting the key out of the ignition and also was a little tough shifting. The representative stated the vehicle had just been serviced I requested to see if there was a different truck. This truck was obviously not just service or poorly serviced and our lives were put in jeopardy. This truck should never have been rented. It would have been fine as long as we never had to leave drive. We found this out after our truck was 1/2 loaded fortunately then besides roadside and arranging a new truck a number of disconnects and incorrect email sent leaving out the period before com a broken website link … does not exist a representative telling me she couldn’t do anything about and when I asked to speak with someone that did handle it she told me she could not. Finally after day I understand you can not help 5 times she finally connected me with a representative.
Denise LDouble check that have DL for all drivers. I submitted an additional driver on-line (before getting the truck). Was told that the additional driver would be sent a text to submit a picture of DL. He never got any request.
Donnie RThe mobile check in is useless.
Tiara WThe only issue I had was with the UHAUL app. The app continued to reload. Fortunately, there was a guy on site who was able to access my account, but the amount I ended up paying before the additional mileage expense... was different from what it was when I reserved the truck.

Steven STruck was piece of junk. No inside light. Seal around door bad, making wind noise for 12 hours. Low beams not shining correctly. No high beams. Truck shook terribly from tire alignment or balance. Rough ride possibility worn out shocks. Worst rental I’ve ever had. Also I was guaranteed to pick up another location but uhaul changed and I had to drive an additional 10 miles to pickup.
Brooks Fthe pick up app is very challenging. Had to fill it out twice. I had rented about a year ago and it should have all your information to make changing. took 25 mins.
Thom MThe uhaul had a huge dent in the side where frame was bent and truck pulled to the right and the box drove crooked on the road the truck should of not been rented and totaled due to the damage from what ever wreck it was in.

DENEISE BThe truck had a lot of damage to the box. I documented it via the on line registration. I also made my own video. Still a concern because doing it online there was no agent to verify that the damage was there when I picked the truck up. Truck brakes squeaked.

Steve EOnly issue I had was online price was 69cents a mile. But when I went and rented truck it was 79cents a mile.
JOSEPH PI have had the need to rent trucks & trailers numerous times over the last few months, and U-Haul has made each of these reservations simple to reserve on-line. Pick up and return, all via the mobile application, is simple and thorough.
EDWARD JThe only issue that I had was over a week long plan to move personal property from Panama City, FL., To Shelbyville, TN., Was with every call I made to ensure the size truck I needed would be available. I received a different price from the same pick up location. And also a complete different price and or availability from U-Haul on line. If I would of went by on line info I would of not had a truck. A more accurate price line and availability of equipment between dealer on line contact would be much more proficient in my opinion. All else was excellent service.
Eric BIt was raining out and I asked how to turn off the tow feature since U-Haul recommends that it be off when roads are wet. The older gentleman didn't know how and the young kid said "U-Haul recommends it be ON in rain". Please educate this location about their equipment. Also, I'm a non-smoker. When the old guy with long hair walked out to the truck to help me find the tow feature, he lit up a cigarette and smoke blew 8n my face the whole time. Needless to say, I found the tow switch on my own.
Nancy SThe only thing I didn't like was dropping the truck off without anybody being there. I know how I left it but the way things are now days it seems like somebody could easily siphon the gas out of the truck.
