The location was locked a closed, despite having a blinking "open" sign on in the window. Never saw anyone, just left the trailer there hoping that Uhaul would believe me when I said I dropped it off.
Brandy DThe lady who was in charge had a bad attitude from the start. Every question I asked seemed to irritate her. Very unprofessional environment overall. When I arrived she had what looked like her kids checking me in as she was on FaceTime advising them & they were unsure of what to do. They also had a dog walking around on no leash that randomly licked me or bumped into me as I was discussing the rental w/ her.
Olawale BMy issue is not with the location at all, but with uhaul itself. I received a uhaul with the check engine light on after spending 2 hours on the phone with support trying to get the keys to the truck in the first place, because the app and website were malfunctioning. While on the phone with support, the man was really dismissive and didn't listen to what I was trying to explain, spoke over me, and talked down to me. Not an easy experience at all and it reminded me of why we said last time we moved that we weren't using uhaul again.

Super friendly, had our trailer in an easy to access location, though return was a touch rough but that as due to random semitruck parked on the side road by location But we made it work. I was more impressed with this authorized dealer than the full sized UHaul location in Douglasville, GA on Hwy 5 (who ended up sending us here!) Amazing service, would definitely rent from this location again.
Kelly GGive me what I asked for. If they don’t have dollys don’t wait until I check in to just not charge me for them. Let me know ahead of time so I don’t waste time and miles on the truck looking for what you said you had in the first place.

ALICIA HHave someone check the equipment before each rental. The truck I had did not have a muffler or catalytic converter as it was very loud. I did not have time to cancel the reservation or go to another location.
Cheryl CThis rental was not cleaned as it still had wrappers & a broken pen from previous use. Steering wheel was nasty. Was lied to regarding military discount; never received. Central booking says it's applied by the retailer. Retailer says they can't its done by booking. What a racket. I hate being lied to.
Thomas FMy experience was terrible. At pick up the girl Ashley did not share any of the trucks operational rqmts and she overcharged me on the gas. She said the tank was half full it was not. It was barely 1/4 full. Then I dropped of the truck early on Saturday the 25th and yesterday I got a bill that they charged me for returning it in the 26th. It was a most annoying and disappointing experience. I am planning to refute the charges I just received. There’s no ethics to the uhaul business. Disturbing and seriously disappointing!

STEVEN TLocation receptionist seem racist and bias but I'm not here to bash anyone but it's the truth overcharged me a hundred miles over my mileage and claimed I did not place the proper amount of gas in the vehicle that overcharged me more by have pictures of everything proof of everything in mileage and everything but just a bad experience and total hopefully we'll be reached out by a representative from U-Haul concerning the matter
Paul RWe were scheduled to pick up a truck at the Dallas Highway location. When we arrived, we were told the truck was not available because it needed repairs. No one contacted us in advance to inform us of this problem, even though we had reserved it 5 days in advance. We were told to go to the Veterans Memorial location 5 miles away. We were not given a discount on the additional mileage for picking up or dropping off the truck. By the time we were able to get a truck, it was about 2 hours past our scheduled pick-up time. We had people waiting to help is move. The entire experience was frustrating. We were not given any discounts for the delay, the hassle, the additional mileage, or the additional gasoline. In the future, I will investigate other truck rental options. I need a dependable company when trying to carry out an already stressful move.

george rMy reservation time with 8 a.m. to pick up my truck, as upon arrival there were no one there 206 me. I have to wait 30 minutes until someone got there this location did not open. I did not get the truck after 10:30 because I was having trouble checking it out on the web, and the representative computer had locked him out. He was very patient with me even though it took a couple of hours for me to get my U-Haul truck. He had to use his mobile device in order to see if it was just my phone which it was.
NATANIA WThe truck was dirty inside the cab as well as the back of truck (French fries and wrappers). The trucks speedometer did not work properly, it bounced around (actually have video). The steering was difficult and it appeared to have a transmission and or fuel pump issue. Totally stressful driving this truck, feel blessed that we made it safely.
