Sergio S1. Truck Shifter does not lock into park 2. Windshield is cracked 3. Wipers were loose and fell off arm 4. Trailer ratchet strap on drivers side should be replaced. 5. Trailer light connection comes loose during driving causing loss of break lights

Jorge HCustomer service was friendly and courteous. The truck was clean, but one of the chain of the roll down door was broken, and we had difficulty opening and lowering the door. Also the a/c of the truck did not function, so the drive to Apopka was without air conditioning.
Diosdado R2nd time I pick/drop at this location. Juan Carlos and his staff are super nice, very accommodating and professionals. I'll do it again if I have to.

WAYNE ABoth Juan Carlos and Nicole assisted us with the rental process which was extremely easy and only took a few minutes. The 15 foot truck we rented was in new condition. We were very pleased with the condition, cleanliness of the vehicle and the courtesy received by Juan Carlos and Nicole. I would definitely use they’re services again and highly recommend them to others. Two thumbs up!!
