Both Juan Carlos and Nicole assisted us with the rental process which was extremely easy and only took a few minutes. The 15 foot truck we rented was in new condition. We were very pleased with the condition, cleanliness of the vehicle and the courtesy received by Juan Carlos and Nicole. I would definitely use they’re services again and highly recommend them to others. Two thumbs up!!

i was charged $49.95 for the truck after returning . i have the receipt for $39.95 when i reserved it.. total was $54.40 w/o mileage which was 8 miles @ $1.39 a mile ... overcharged me $10. not right.
