I rented the toy hauler to move a UTV and it was a disappointment. Not Comstpck who rented the trailer but the trailer itself. U-Haul trailer designs are always a disappointment it seems. For example the toy hauler has three ramps seemingly designed to prevent anything from being loaded! The two outer ramps are too far apart for anything I would consider to be a toy while the middle and either side ramps are too narrow. Ising them I could barely load my UTV and narrowly escaped tipping it while unloading. Why not provide a solid hinged ramp that drops to load and flips up to lock in place once loaded? The 6x12 trailer has that feature but the ramp is not the full width of the trailer. Instead the ramp is 54 inches!! Just narrow enough to exclude any machine worth hailing. I have given up renting uhaul trailers to move my machines. It seems they are designed to PREVENT moving them.

The location is great and equipment was in great condition. There was a system issue with renting the trailer that delayed the rental for about 20 min when i got there which was concerning. Keith worked through it and I appreciated his assistance.

Bryan KYour android phone app has problems. When I went to upload my drivers license, it crashed. It also crashed when I tried to upload the dashboard/odometer/fuel gauge photo when I returned the truck. I ended up having to use the website in firefox for things to work.
