Your services are good., but i used it for only 13 miles and you guys charged me 50usd extra for that., its my bad that i forgot to refill. But for 13 miles 50 usd extra for the point i missed refill that fuel and after all this the trauma i experinced with police., let me tell you what happned once we are loaded with our items i started driving and my son joined me after like 2 mins my son found a pouch near mirror which i missed., do you know whats in it. A Gun by mistake my son touched it and he opened and told me there is a gun, since he is a bit notty kid i thought he is joking and i took and yes there is gun which is loaded and ready to fire. Immediatly i took the vecicle aside and called 911., like with in 10 mins there are couple of cops and then questions, like what just to report a gun which is not mine i went inn to answer like close to 50 plus questions and then they left me after collecting all the details from me. The point me when you guys re rent it again and again just make sure and check the car for any left overs so that next coustmer wont face what i went through.

ANNA MMiserable experience. The truck was pure torture with NO AIR CONDITIONER in the middle of Summer in the South. I also would not recommend this location unless a man was picking up the truck. Definitely did not feel safe as a woman.

Robert KEverything was a amazing. Can't remember the going man's name that was working and checked me out but he had great customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone.Also, Carol who answer my call was great as well. She was very attentive and helped me with everything. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 from the last minute reservation, pick up, and drop off.
