I was charged for a dolly and furniture pads that were not in the truck. When I brought the truck back, the person working the desk couldn’t communicate with me in English. The process of picking up the truck was not easy.

Better signage for the place and drop off location
NATHAN GDoor lock back of truck not working. Associate hung up on me when I called to ask a question. Associate hung didn’t understand English. Upon receiving the truck associate didn’t explain anything to me just handed me the key. Need somebody to call me to explain the bill like I’m overcharged.
JAMES IOffice located in a store. Not an U-Haul dealership. They do a lot of different business ventures in the shop. Not really up to par. I would go to a real U-Haul dealership. Took me two hours to turn in a trailer.
