The truck had loose metal halfway bolted inside and no hooks to tie down.
Catherine CLocation was a bit difficult to find being tucked in the back of a warehouse complex, maybe better signage or instructions on where to find the location.

PAUL MIt would be really helpful if parking information was provided for the 24/7 truck share locations. i parked in a spot on the side of the adjacent building that didn't have any no parking/tow-away zone signs. when i returned the van, my car was gone. no one was in the building to even ask what company was used. i spoke with a few people from the industrial park & they said the guy that operated in that building is a real jerk about any cars parked near his building & has any one that is near his building towed despite only having signs on the front of the building. the friendly gentleman who collected the keys knew which towing service was likely used. I called & confirmed they had it. apparently I could have parked literally anywhere else in the industrial park as long i didn't block anything. if i had known this in advance i wouldnt have to get my vehicle from a tow yard. the actual pick up for the van was very easy & plenty of room to easily maneuver.

Joshua HI returned the van to a dark cluttered smelly office in the back of a garage like place. She didn’t let know my exact mileage and she was unpleasant. It was a very bad experience one I hope to never encounter.

I could not get there before closing ,( to pick up my personal vehicle, they stord for me, until I could get back to pick it up) they waited , no problem.. A+ service!!!!
Darrin RI calculated and totaled the extra mileage I spent and had to go to work on the day that I returned it, and backed it back in, for them to charge me an extra rental tax of $28 and actually audacity to email me days later with these strange fees. When I paid $102 originally and went back and paid $79 for the extra miles I went over; they have no payment posted participating in the extra funds I spent and paid when I have photos of where the mileage originated and the returned state. I do not appreciate U-Haul for hidden fees; its absurdity that they toll and take measures to do it’s full of inaccuracies/incompetence. They also did not give me a receipt at this location when I paid the eighty bucks so I rate them one star.
Kerreon WThe location was fine, the truck was fairly clean, but the truck had transmission issues, empty and loaded. Caused me to get only 7.83 miles per gallon on hwy.

Cynthia OSignage was lacking; difficult to determine where to go; no discernible office to go to for assistance; while completing checkout, a guy from a neighboring business came out cursing and yelling that the police and a tow truck had been called because we were trespassing. He got up in my husband’s face and nearly punched him. We checked out and left before anyone arrived.

Keith EI was very upset that the location where I made the reservation and had communicated with all week, called me the night before to say they didn't have a truck for me and I would have to go to a location another 15 minutes away. The people at the second place were very nice, but it was not an ideal location nor did it have any supplies. I had to go to the first location to get a few supplies and discovered they had four trucks in the size I had rented sitting in their parking lot.

ERIC JWe were told to leave 1/4 of a tank of gas since that’s what we picked it up with and we’re charged for not leaving half a tank.
Rafael DThe issue was not with the facility but rather the mobile pickup function. It did not work causing us to make a return trip to the facility the next morning. This was even after calling the toll free number for assistance/support.
