My experience with this rental was terrible. My confirmation said to pick it up at a location. When I got there they did not have what I reserved. Had to go clear across town to get trailer. My poor rating on this experience has nothing to do with the service I received when I picked it up. That service was good.

The truck had loose metal halfway bolted inside and no hooks to tie down.
