Upon our return of U-Haul van the store clerk posted a sign starts back in 2 minutes. 15 minutes later he returned from Tim Horton’s with his coffee. The line up was very long and people were fighting. A verbal altercation almost turned into a physical assault. This was a frightening and horrific experience. I will never rent a U-Haul vehicle from this establishment ever again.

Efficient friendly
JO-ANN SThe hatch was broken over the gas tank. Had to move avoiding the hole and ramp got stuck constantly. Store has no Interac which is not good.

DAVID AI will never rent from this location again. It took over an hour and half to finally get the rental that I needed. There was a language barrier issues.. the worker didn’t see us off and when I returned with an issue that person took off out of the store left with a trainee beginner. I had to wait again for him to return. Just wasn’t a smooth process. We even had to call in the hotline to straighten it out and get what we wanted due to the language barrier
ELLEN KHave the truck cleaned of snow before the pick-up time. Lock on cargo door was frozen so agent poured hot water to free it. The froze again. The rolling door and lock were very hard to open and unlock and could have been better maintained. The staff were friendly and the process was quick and easy. The truck was otherwise very nice.

Chris FI did not get any paperwork that gave me guidance as to how much gas to put in before returning the truck. Therefore I put in about 1/4 tank too much which I was told they were very sorry but too bad.
JOANN SWe found that there was one headlight out on the vehicle. Was not a big deal because there was only one trip of approximately 5 km during the night.
Robert GNo equipment yet still charged. Took 1.5 hrs to pick up the UHaul, because the person didn’t know what they were doing. Would not rent from this location again.
