The store clerk refused to help me with the trailer, or even inspect it. Instead, I had to ask a customer to help me get it attached to my vehicle. They had no equipment or tools, nor did the store clerk want to help in any way. I was told it was outside in the grass and to go find it and do it myself.Warren F.

The trailer was clean inside, had to do a little sweeping and wet mopping. Smelt like someone hauled automotive equipment in it. Almost took it to the car wash for a pressure wash inside. Smell was not appropriate for hauling daughters belongings to college.Larry L.

While overall it was mostly clean, we were slightly disappointed. It could have been swept out better and the cab could have had a little more detailed cleaning. Aside from this, we had to drive 3 hours to pick it up. So when it wasn't quite up to our expectations, it was frustrating.Hannah B.
We had a reservation to pick up on Su day at 8:15 am. When we arrived the person inside the business stated we had to wait until 9:00 am for Uhaul to open for him to call. Then at 9:00 AM he called and placed it on speaker phone and we had to give out our personal information through the speaker phone in a convience store with customers all around. Not only was this bad but we were also behind schedule and had to rearrange things because it was not ready to go at 8:15 am. Then the employee pointed to the trailer and told us to hook up and then he would come out and take a photo. We were not prepared to lift and hook up the trailer ourselves and it was on a hill. Then we open the trailer and it was filty. We had to clean it out. Dirt trash rubber pieces from the roll up door. This experience has been well below the Uhaul standard we have come to expect. Penske is big in the area and I am beginning to see why. They will get my future business. I want compensation for my delay because my reservation was not met.Jacob C.

the drop off location experience really sucked; it was terrible. i went to drop off the trailer and requested assistance for helping unhitch the trailer to park it in the designated location and the current person in the building refused to help me unhitch the trailer to park ii in the designated location. no pre-arranged customer appointment cell phone number was available for help in parking and unhitching the trailer. it was an extremely terrible experience. that's just terrible uncooperative customer service and the lack thereof. this receiving place needs to get their act together and get customer service a top priority, which it didn't haveGEORGE R.
