The pick up and drop off information was very confusing and I cost me a lot of money and I’m very upset about it
Philip MThe location was intimidating. Communication with the attendant was very poor, firstly due to the thick security screen that was in front of him and then he did not appear to know what was going on and had to call whoever was responsible for the rental. There were 5 trucks in the forecourt, when the attendant handed over the keys he did not say which truck was ours. The keys were not labelled with the plate number but with a different number that was not easily apparent on the vehicle. The building/gas station was easy to find.

Megan CThere were many things wrong . There was only one truck , and it didn’t have working wipers . In fact on was completely rippe led off . The hand truck handle wasn’t attached to the lower portion so you couldn’t use that there
Jacqueline LPick up got moved from Capital Dr. location due to a truck coming back late. This new location did not have the furniture pads I ordered. I still had to go to the Capital Dr location to get them. Truck was dirty inside with gas receipts on the floor and reeked of smoke.

Kristine STruck was not clean at all. It was not in a condition to drive on freeway. Hardly it was going to the speed of 40 miles per hour. Unexpected.
