The location was great. The u haul was clean. However the u haul had allot of mechanical issues. It costed me money to have it towed. And I lost money because it wasn't able to haul the appliances I purchased. This was the first time I've ever had a problem with renting from you guys. However... It was costly.

The agent we dealt with was kind, helpful and polite. However, the truck inside front was filthy. Bottles in back of truck. We were blamed for the mess and told pics are taken before and after each trip. The pics taken could not be located per employee. The ashtray was overflowing with cigarette butts and the truck had not been recently vacuumed. There were kids bottle or sippy cups left in the back of the truck. We were blamed for those. We don't have young kids. Our kids are 10 and 11 years old. We weren't complaining about the dirty truck until we were blamed for it. I will NEVER rent from U Haul again

The truck was late when we picked it up. I didn't choose this location. I chose the location on Canton rd and uhaul changed the location and sent me an email. I also did the online checkin to cut down on time and this location had no record of it and had to do it all over again.

I got charged the initial amount and returned the truck hours before my drop off time, used less miles than I paid for and returned it with a full tank of gas cleaned out. Afterwards I was charged an additional 58$ for an unknown reason

The pickup location and staff was very good. However, both of the over-the-wheel ratchet straps on the trailer were broken and could not be used to secure the vehicle. Luckily I brought my own ratchet straps!

I did not get receipt from person that I dropped off in good condition he said I will receive email in half hour, ??????? I took pic of trailer at store,, I did receive email later that day

The van we rented was dirty WHEN we received it. Then, he said we had to clean it or pay the $25 cleaning fee for a mess we did not make. He then said I'll have to call Uhaul to have it fixed, but when the customer service rep for Uhaul called him to confirm, he told them that the mess was made from us. He never told me to take any pictures or anything before pulling out of the lot. Lesson learned, only rent from actual Uhaul buildings and ALWAYS take pictures. Aside from the Uhaul experience, they had a German Shepard tied up the the back door where their kitchen is that they serve and sell food to people. Completely unacceptable.

Truck was behind the building and not ready - had to wait almost 15 minutes for them to get it out to the parking lot (pick time was 4:00 and I got there at 4:20) and then I was double charged to my credit card.

While using the trailer, discovered that the rear running lights did not work. Was stopped by the police and told we could continue on as long as we traveled with our flashers turned on.

To much to even list not even worth it to waste my breath on! We use U-haul at least couple times year and never been treated so bad and done so wrong by you then this last time!

This place is a convenient store so if you're tired after the long move you may have to wait in a line of customers to get checked out, luckily I didn't. This site made me park and unhook the trailer and the van was parked in another location or he would not check me out which I think was wrong.

I reserved a truck over a month prior to moving. Confirmed the day prior..no truck when we arrived. Nobody new anything. Long story short, cost us close to an hour and a half in getting started. Then was charged an extra 27 dollars even though the guy said 20 for spilling a little water softener salt in the back of the truck. Paying me for my lost time would be a good idea. Will tell people to avoid UHaul.

I put my order in on 11/13/2018 and expected to pick up my equipment on Vern Odom Dr. Instead I got a call on 12/13/2018 around 3:25 stating: No truck was available till 12:30 on the 14th. But I could either go to Canton that day and pick up the truck and be given extra day or go to another location and pick up a truck. That was very inconvenient being a truck should have been available at the location I requested a month earlier
