I had to wait over an hour on my moving day to get the auto transport put on the U-Haul which is an hour I lost that I could have been driving. The person putting on the auto transport didn't seem to have done it before. I had to crawl out the trunk of my car once I drove the car onto the auto transport, instead of just flipping down the side of the auto transport so I could open my driver's side door. Once I finally got on the road for my 9hr drive, they called me and said I needed to come back so they could charge my credit card. I asked if I could just do it through the app or over the phone and they asked me to text them a photo of my credit card front and back. Then about an hour into my drive, they called me almost 30 times saying I needed to COME BACK because they gave me the wrong auto transport. The whole pickup experience was so bad and stressful. All I wanted to do was get on the road and drive to my new home.

I payed $15 for insurance all together for 3 miles I payed $47 while using a $19.95 box truck. Never going back there again. She thinks people are dumb.
