Where do I even begin? The technician that helped me had never checked a truck in before, he said that the previous customer was over mileage and he did not know how to do that. Eventually he said he figured it out however I were incorrectly charged $127.00 for their excess mileage. I still have no idea how to resolve this issue. On top of that, the appliance dolly and moving blankets I ordered were not available when I arrived, yet they were still included in the contract and I was charged for them, I was charged for the rental and replacement cost. Although I eventually received a refund, it took a lot of time and unnecessary hassle to get it sorted. To make matters worse, it took an hour and a half just to get the truck—even though I was the only customer there. To top it all off, I ended up leaving my driver's license at the location. The employee—while polite—was clearly not equipped to do the job and kept asking for my ID repeatedly, which led to me forgetting it there. I was still in Phillipsburg for another 24 hours after picking up the truck. They had my phone number on the contract—do you think anyone called to let me know? Of course not. It wasn’t until the next day, when I was already 200 miles away and opened my wallet, that I realized it was missing. A simple courtesy call would have made all the difference.
