Fortunately, I decided to do a face- to- face confirmation at the pick-up location a few days before my reserved date. The pickup location was unaware of the reservation and didn't even have the trailer on site. Also, they weren't even going to be open on the day I was scheduled to pick up the trailer. They got me in contact with a reservation person who arranged for me to pick up the trailer a day early. When I picked up the trailer, it had wood debris, screws, and nails all over inside which I sent a picture of and cleaned out. The next day, I received an email stating that my reservation was canceled because I hadn't picked up the trailer (which I had) . I contacted the uhaul representative who emailed me, and they said the reservation was not completed by the pickup location. The representative corrected the issue and I had no other issues after that. My experience was aggravating, but would have been far worse if I hadn't been proactive by double checking with the pickup location prior to my reservation date. I would have showed up to a closed business with no trailer. I also question the policy you have regarding the fee for equipment that is returned dirty. Why do you collect the fee, if I'm the one who had to clean the trailer? Shouldn't I get a discount equal to the fee that you charged the previous customer? I'm the one who did the cleaning and disposal.

John GVerify/confirm that the selected item is actually at the site listed on the rental agreement when reserving online. My trailer was listed to be on site at the Bon Acre location in Cataula. It was not. The guy there is a total idiot. After a call to the local main location on Airport Thruway (which has excellent service), I was told my reservation was moved to the site in Waverly Hall. I was not notified of this change in advance. Make sure you clearly commuicate any changes to the pick up location. The Waverly Hall location (Cooper Hardware) is outstanding. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. They got the trailer quickly and had it loaded in no time. I highly recommend the Waverly Hall location, but advise you should rethink the contract you have with the Bon Acre location.

Cathleen TBy the time I arrived to drop off my trailer, it was raining. I was not assisted by anyone with getting my 6x12 cargo trailer off my truck hitch ball. I am a 47-year-old lady without the strength to do it by myself. I gave it several tries while trying to hold an umbrella between my neck and shoulder before I finally went back inside and asked for help. Then 2 guys came out and helped me. Per all my experiences before someone always came out regardless to take care of that part. I would also like to note that my original drop-off place was American Sand and Gravel on 12 E Bon Acre Rd., Cataula Ga. 31804. I called them 45 minutes before their scheduled closing time to tell them I was on my way and the lady told me she could not take the trailer till the next morning at opening time. I even specified the importance of dropping it off before they closed due to the fact that I needed to leave at 5 a.m. the next morning and she still refused me. I would like to express my gratitude to Cooper General Store for allowing me to come to them and for them to handle the paperwork for making the changes to the drop-off location. They were wonderful except for not helping me get the trailer off.

Ivy VHard to change the picture of truck. There was a scratch but couldn't change the picture.
Bonnie sWindshield was so dirty that at one point the sun made it opaque. I could not see the front of the truck, much less the road, any trees, cars or people. I had to stop and get out of the truck to see if any obstacles were in front of me. Then I crept ahead, a few feet at a time. It was a terrifying experience. Trucks should be washed before they are rented.
Laura HI returned the U Haul on time. I put the key in the drop box. The next morning I recieved a call from a employee from Cooper General saying I needed to pay for another day plus more mileage. I used less than the 60 miles and returned it on time. The employee had to put the transaction on hold and told me to call U Haul. U Haul couldn't take it off hold and said I needed to tell the employee to takevthe hold off and submit his report. The employee didn't know how to do it. I still don't know if it was fixed or if I were charged for another day and more mileage.
Melody TAll of the people I saw and spoke with at this location were very nice and professional. It was quick and easy. I did inform them of my concerns with the truck and they entered remarks during my check out process.
ROBERT WMy experience renting a Uhaul truck from this location was excellent. Very friendly people that was a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend this location to anybody looking to rent any Uhaul equipment.
Roderick JNot a location issue. But for the website let it be known that when you make a reservation that there is no guarantee you are going to get a uhaul at that location. Also the rep who called for scheduling had me thinking it was in Waverly, AL where I was picking up Truck because she just said Waverly but when I received confirmation email it was in Waverly Hall, Georgia which was like an hour and a half away.

Jakezia DThe regional manager denied our request for a discount on mileage. This location was 20 miles from the town we needed to be in. I overpaid a lot to get a truck. I feel it was very dishonest of uhaul. You have a monopoly on moving trucks so I guess it doesn’t matter how you treat you me customers sad business practices.
